Michael Doyle has been involved in Rugby Union since he was 7 years old. Educated at Cranbrook School and beginning his ‘Love of Rugby’ at the school. He continued his Rugby career upon leaving school at the Easts Rugby Club where he still is to this day. Playing, coaching, and administrating over the next 30 years. His coaching career has also given him the opportunity to coach in all aspects of Community Rugby from School teams, Junior Club teams, Subbies club and Representative teams, Premiership teams including 1st Grade for 3 years and also 10 years as Head coach of the Australian Barbarian Team.
For the last 19 years he has had the opportunity to work professionally in his passion for NSWRU and the Australian Rugby Union. He has held various positions including General Manager of Community Rugby for NSWRU for 6 years. He has also spent 8 months as the Wallaby Team Manager touring South Africa, Argentina and a Spring Tour in Europe.
He currently is the NSWRU Senior Manager of 7s Rugby – working with all affiliates to grow, develop, and administrate 7s across NSW. He hopes to see you on a sideline soon.

Britt is the newly appointed Girls and Women’s Development Officer for NSWRU.
Her rugby journey started 4 years ago at Sydney University, where she found more than a rugby club, she found a community and a second family.
As part of her role she hopes to continue to grow and develop the female game through providing a multitude of opportunities for females to play our great game, make friends, memories & belong to a community!
The role as Girls & Women’s development officer includes: increasing participation across the female game, providing inclusive competitions for all to participate in, organizing/assisting & facilitating in Try-Rugby days, training sessions, gala days & competitions; along with planning and presenting coach & referee education courses.

From Luke ” My name is Luke Hurditch and I am the Sydney North Metropolitan Development Officer. I have an extensive sporting background particularly in Rugby. I have also completed a degree in Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the Australian Catholic University.
My Rugby career started as a Sydney Junior playing for my local Rugby Club, Wakehurst. My representative career started at 10 years of age playing for the Warringah Rats, then moved through the ages and finally into colts as I got older. I was selected in the New South Wales Generation Blue team, Waratahs 7’s, New South Wales Junior Gold program vs Queensland and is currently playing Grade at Warringah Rats.
